Customer is like a god and they are our priority. You can try our garments and you can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving a product.
While we have No-Questions-Asked return policy, still to serve you better on your next order we ask you to select the relevant reason from the drop-down list while you are making a return. This information helps us to understand the reason of return and ensure your next purchase experience is delighted. We encourage you to pass on your comment in the space provided.
We understand a lot of our customer are making purchase on TheBelanger.com for the purpose of an event, function, party or marriages. While we try to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 Days, we still recommend you to visit our store and try and buy the Belanger Clothing of your choice to avoid any such delays.
Please note that the return window cannot be accessed after 10 days of the delivery.

Terms & Conditions Applied:
- We do not offer an Exchange Policy. You can simply initiate return and reorder a product.
- Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt in the original box.
- Any tampering with the tags or garment will result in quality check rejection thus rejection of the return request.
- In case you receive a damaged or defective product, place the return within 10 days of delivery.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should be originally intact. Missing or tampering will lead to Quality Check rejection thus rejection of the placed return/refund request.
- Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse.
How To Return

- Go to ‘My orders’
- Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
- You might receive an OTP to verify your request.
- To help us serve you better, please select the reason of ‘Return’ from drop-down list. You may add your comments in the comment section.
- Your return process gets initiated.

Return Process COD Order
- For COD orders, you will be required to fill the account details where you would like your amount to be refunded.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.
- Reverse Pickup is done with 2-3 business days.
- It takes 5-7 Business days to ship item to our warehouse.
- Once QC is passed refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)
- Based on your payment method/Bank you will receive your amount with 2-7 Business days.
Paid Order
- For COD orders, you will be required to fill the account details where you would like your amount to be refunded.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.

Cancellation of Order
On Thebelanger.com you can initiate an order cancellation anytime post you have placed the order till the item is non fulfillable. Once marked as ready to shipped the items cannot be cancelled. As the items are shipped or in transit, we request you to accept the order and later return in such cases.
At times due to various reason The Belanger can cancel the order by its own. You can check our Terms of Use page to understand in detail the reason to initiate such cancellation.
